We’re all about stories this week, especially those from people who’ve decided to be courageous and take their first or next steps on their health journeys. 1

Today, we’re honouring Chalice, who’s a valued friend and colleague.  We met in January 2020, and it’s been a complete delight to connect with her.

One of the things I appreciate about Chalice is her strong degree of self-awareness.  She lives each day from a place of enquiry – ‘what else is possible? Where am I limiting myself, and where might I expand?’

And it’s because she’s open to that process of seeking growth that she’s had so much success, including with increased energy and clarity

Here’s what Chalice has to say about her experience –

‘I have been working with Fi since January 2020. She offers a deep intuitive understanding to my body systems and patterns that has shifted places within me I’d had trouble releasing in the past.

Her work not only includes knowledge of the physical body, and her nutritional guidance and support has meant I have more energy and clarity. I actually feel that I’m back to my pre-menopausal energy.

I recommend her services – she is an incredible gift as a healer.

Thank you Fi.’

She’s a testament for each of us as we practice new ways of looking at things.

As a practitioner myself, having benefited from mentors who take me under wing for decades of my life, it’s a privilege to have the opportunity to pay forward what I can to others.

So, if you have experience with improving your health, or if you don’t and you’d like to, message me as I’d love to hear about your successes – or to have a chat about your options to go from strength to strength, just like Chalice.

😊 See you soon on this week’s #AliveWithFi

1 It takes courage and self-awareness to embrace the process of a journey towards health in any area, and to take our first steps, However, by making that bold move and “by choosing to make the extra effort to build a growth mindset, you can make your mental processes [work] for you, resulting in a greater likelihood that you get the results you’re looking for and live the life you want to live.”
