I don’t know of a better way to speak to this topic, than witnessing the experience of a delightful lady Colleen, with whom I’ve had the gift of working over a considerable period of time. I’ve been super-impressed with the steps she’s taken and the results she’s been achieving because she’s chosen to take herself on. I’ll cut to the chase because she says it best….

She talks about growing her comfort zone and trialing new options that otherwise she just simply wouldn’t have done. Sure, she may have thought about making changes although wasn’t sure what to specifically do next.
Colleen reports feeling more confident about the choices that she’s making, and that having the right person in her corner is also having a positive impact on her self-esteem.
