You’re likely replying ‘of course I do!’

Today we’ll reference the value of harnessing the potential value of an effective botanical called bacopa. You may have noticed it as a buzz word lately, as more discover the possible benefits being reported by clinical studies.1

Basically this herb demonstrates improvements in our verbal learning, delayed word recall and also memory acquisition.

It’s been shown to help us reduce our stress and has been described as a calming cognitive enhancer.

Who do we know who wouldn’t benefit from these enhancements?!

I’m grateful to have been benefiting personally from a highly potent form that I came across a while ago, and I really spot the difference between if I take it and if I don’t.

If you’re curious, simply message me and we can see if it’s a fit for you too.

Looking forward to seeing you on this week’s #AlivewithFi

Until then, have fun 🙂
