Do you ever feel like you just need to really think and talk things through to get clear?
This is certainly my truth, and it seems to be for many of us. Including for a delightful lady Alyssa who I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting when I was helping a friend who was running a yoga retreat in Bali.
I’ve found that this is such an important key to finding our way through the maze of ‘noise’ that can often be going on in our minds – not least because of the seemingly endless number of sometimes conflicting options available to choose from in many aspects of our busy lives.
Alyssa’s eating better
In her words -’the biggest value for me from my consults with Fi has been being able to talk through my health concerns.’ 1
She’s found having unbiased suggestions and encouragement valuable and since we connected has ‘been taking action in several areas to feel better in my life including with eating better for my needs.’
Words like Alyssa’s are ones that I hear time and time again. Even simply going through the consultation process, clients repeatedly express the positive difference this process can make.
So who do you know who could really do with a new perspective?…
…being able to talk things through and be able to bounce ideas off somebody who’s either been there, done that themselves?
If you find this useful, please do share and until I see you on this week’s #ALivewithFi, please do keep sharing your sunshine 🙂 Ciao!
¹The biggest value for me from my consults with you Fi, has been being able to talk through my health concerns with you. I found your guidance encouraging, and I’ve since taken action in more areas to feel better in my life; including with eating better for my needs.
