When it comes to making progress towards and actually nailing our goals, could it be valuable to work with somebody who can actually help partner with us to provide support, accountability, experience, and resources for us to get there? ¹(When I say effective, I mean we get the results that we‘re looking for.)

Daft question!

Of course, it would be valuable!

When it comes to most of the challenging scenarios I’ve experienced in my life, I haven’t always found it to be a really great, fun, in-flow process.

Although what if it could be?

What if the experience ends up being an adventure and leaves us feeling accomplished and grateful to get that niggly or even gnarly thing sorted. That we conquer that block that had been right in the way of us experiencing more of what we do want in our lives.

This isn’t just a wish or wispy belief for me – I’ve experienced it personally, and am humbled to see it daily for clients who’ve chosen to take their next empowered steps.

Amber’s a great example of a lady who’s taking the bull by the horns with her personal health journey.

She shares that during our sessions, the thing that really makes the difference for her is understanding what’s going on in relation to her body physically and emotionally, plus realising what’s been in the way of her being able to move forwards in the direction she desires. She appreciates learning her options for navigating around the obstacles and accruing more wins on her health journey.

She’s been enjoying a powerful phenomenon which I refer to as tapping into her genius.

We all know that there’s no new information, and at the end of the day, what we do with it counts. We may already know what to do although do we make it relevant and meaningful for ourselves so that it becomes valuable to support our healing on several levels?

It may be that you’re on track or you may already be sorted with your goals – however, you may know someone you care about who’s been falling short of where they choose to be. Or perhaps there’s a level of frustration for them and that they’re SO READY to break through on a fundamental level and start to experience the success they deserve.

If you do know someone who’s finally ready to flourish, please do share this blog/vlog as it could be a game-changer for them. And if you’re curious to check out Amber’s story – here’s your link.

In the meantime, I look forward to seeing you on this week’s #AlivewithFi when we will dive a little deeper into this important topic. Ciao for now =)
