Cindy’s a lady I’m fortunate to have met in 2019 when I was completing my Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching program, and I’m blessed that she was one of my coaches (and still is!) She’s a savvy web designer and an accomplished Health Coach.

When we first connected, Cindy was feeling sluggish and lacking energy. This is a challenge I’ve both experienced personally and come across frequently. Perhaps this is a familiar one for you or someone you care about.

As we went through Cindy’s whole-health picture, we included what her doctor had been recommending when it came to appropriate supplements.

The feedback she’s shared since she began on the protocol I recommended, is that it’s made a big difference for her to talk with someone who approaches wellness from the perspective of being a qualified Integrative Health Coach and osteopath, plus having her own personal health journey experience. And the results she’s now experiencing speak for themselves.

Cookie cutter-health doesn’t always cut it when it comes to our life-long health.1  Instead, I’ve found that long terms results for each of us are based on identifying and knowing how to consistently apply the ideal health steps for our unique situation.

Check out Cindy’s full feedback here on my website.

Until I see you for this week’s #AliveWithFi, ciao for now 😉

1 When it comes to our own journeys, “Awareness is knowledge. Knowledge gives you power. Power makes it easier to change.” This is true in all areas of our health, including our relationships, careers, and physical wellbeing. Sometimes we endure things we’re experiencing because we don’t realise it doesn’t have to be this way.

This is the reason I believe it’s important to ask ourselves ‘what am I enduring when it comes to my health?’ I encourage you to reach out. You might benefit, as did Cindy, from a personalised approach and support.
