What juices you to give back? So this one is rather topical because I am doing some training in advance for our next intrepid nifty 50s go at the 50 kilometer -non-stop Oxfam Trail Walker fundraiser.

And so I’ve done 100k twice and this will be my third time going for it with the 50k and I just love the way that we’re shaving time off each time we do it and feeling fresher and better every time we do it. So I feel really blessed to be a part of that journey and one of the things that really juices me is that not only with every step of my taking I’m taking myself on and it’s that I’m taking on the challenges that are facing so many people around the world.

And this is just my opportunity that teeny little bit and that’s death most definitely juices me so that not till March next year and as you know time flies and especially when you’re having fun and so now is the hour and in fact, I’m recording this earlier than when you’re going to be seeing this so we are in winter and it’s quite fun to be training I’m actually training for a bigger event which will help the 50k so what’s yours?

What juices you? How is your raisond’etre to reaching beyond your own needs and because that’s one thing that really works for me is thinking beyond myself my own situation? 1

A great example this morning, we’ve got a leaky door at the moment, the roof’s being replaced and as I record this and it’s quite full-on and that we then this is our second winter here and just discovered that if we don’t have guttering up which we don’t at the moment because that’s being replaced next as the roof replaced that our front door is very leaky and so I’ve already mopped up six times today and it’s pretty full-on when it’s pouring through the bottom of the door. So I also heard from a friend who is juggling large considerable challenges in her life right now and it’s such an opportunity for me to realize that my load is very light.

So again, I’m curious to hear what juices you, and I’m looking forward to hearing from you until I see you on this week’s #Alivewithfi!

Ciao for now! ☺

1 Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning. For some people, purpose is connected to vocation—meaningful, satisfying work.
