Sometimes it’s a specific trigger – like seeing an ad at the gym about getting into shape. Or it’s a friend sharing about how much better they’re feeling since they made a few changes with what they’re eating.

And other times it’s a whopping shock that knocks us sideways. It’s then that we remember what a precious gift our health is.

I’d had a few of those reminders and gentle nudges. However, I didn’t take any notice until my dad died suddenly of a huge heart attack. I learned a few days later that I’d inherited similar health challenges – this was just 3 months after my 21st birthday. I was also told that I’d have 3 yrs to live unless I took meds daily for the rest of my life.

I chose to pause and do my homework on what I could do to help myself. I’m so pleased I did.

You see I’ve never taken the meds and feel happier and healthier than I did when I was 21.

And the best part? I get to help others like me who realise they deserve better and are wanting real results.

Results that last the distance, and actually give us more life.
