Time for me to fill you in on the final month & last 30 days of my 90Day Gratitude Challenge!
So, I began this challenge to make sure I’m keeping on my own game by cultivating new skills & growing my comfort zone. After all – a lot of what I’m helping my clients do, is to build their own, effective Healthy LifeStyle habits that help them create their chosen results.
This isn’t a new concept.
Although having these new routines stick lifelong, and become part of who we are, is.
So how’s it going for me? Better than i could have imagined! As we say here in Indonesia – ‘luar biasa!’
I’m noticing more productivity, clearer focus on what’s important and a sense that things are falling into place with more ease. And the part i love the most, and that surprises me (given my initial concerns about being able to be consistent) is that it’s become a part of my day.
A friend asked me will I stop once I’m done with the 90days? I thought about it for about a millisecond and then I was clear.
