Given the way many of us are motivated to be proactive with our health currently, with the global impact of the COVID-19 virus, it’s timely to hear from a lady who’s already been making health a focus for the long term.

Remy’s an extraordinary lady who’s a high-altitude mountaineer and green building and sustainability specialist, who’s based out of South Africa and travels all over the world climbing various mountain peaks.

She’s an inspiring lady who I had the privilege and pleasure of meeting last at a workshop in Bali in 2019.

Part of the reason it’s valuable for you to hear Remy’s story is that her situation is probably true for many of us. She’s fine health-wise (maybe even a little more so than many) most of the time and one morning she woke up with a problem with her neck, so she decided to reach out and seek help.

That’s the point: when we intercept as early as possible that makes a big difference to the levels of discomfort we endure. 1

Remy found that the timely work we did to release the neck imbalance she was experiencing, plus her decision to be proactive with the advice and support we covered, really made the difference.

We covered gentle stretches appropriate and relevant to her musculoskeletal dysfunction, plus specific hydrotherapy and personalised Nutritionals based on her particular needs.
