I’m currently getting to know the very beautiful Bahamas, and am reaching the conclusion that it’s balmy here in more ways than one!

Now this week, we’re exploring what I call a golden-bullet exercise.  I can hear your mind saying ‘is there such a thing – really?’

Yes, I believe there is.

To start with, we don’t need equipment, gear, or a pricey (or even budget-) membership—and we can be doing this exercise rain or shine.

The benefits for us can include increased focus, productivity, sharpness, improved digestion, boosted immunity, better circulation (especially to our organs and brain), as well as improved respiratory and cardiovascular health.

Plus—it also helps to improve the safe removal of carbon dioxide from our bodies.1

So, what is it?

Curious?

Message me your best guess.  And all will be revealed!

1Have you ever thought about how amazing it is that our bodies naturally remove carbon dioxide from our systems?  In “The Effects of Too Much Carbon Dioxide in the Blood,” Rob Callahan gives an overview: “Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a gas that’s always present in your blood. It is the waste product generated as your body uses up oxygen, and it is expelled from the lungs when you exhale. At normal levels, its presence has no measurable adverse effects on you, but if your breathing is compromised or you are exposed to large amounts of this gas, you can experience a wide range of side effects, some of which include permanent injury and death”(https://www.livestrong.com/article/218049-the-effects-of-too-much-carbon-dioxide-in-the-blood/).
