There’s a cool way, that doesn’t call for weights, or complex equipment, and that relies purely on your own body weight!
As you can see, it’s the handstand!
If you’re new to handstands, It’s best to begin slow, and if you have any concerns about your blood pressure, or being upside down, check with your healthcare professional before you go for it!
Once you’re comfy with the handstand, you can progress to the handstand press up 🙂
