Time for some Valentine’s Day-themed pondering.

This time of year is particularly special for me because Chris and I made our marriage pledges the day before Valentine’s Day, and because it’s also the anniversary of when I took my first, real steps to create my freedom lifestyle. Several precious, game-changing events are anchored for me at this time of year.

My question for you right now is, who is the most important person for each of us to love?

Specifically – who is the most important person for you to love?

And I ask this question in the context of, who do we need to love first before we’re able to love anyone else?

I believe that the most important person for me to make sure is ‘sorted’ first – before I love anyone else – is me. 1

I’ll fess-up and let you know that it took me time, along with hard falls and knocks to be on my learning path with this one (and I’m that life-long-journey daily!) The thing is, I’ve seen it in my own life as well as for many of my clients.

Because, when it comes down to it, my cup needs to be filled before I can be there for other people in the way I intend to be. And it’s timely for us to reflect on what love means – as well as who we’re loving!

So, I’m curious to hear your answer.

Be fab to see you on this week’s #AliveWithFikeep sharing your sunshine ?

1We hear a lot about loving those we care about, and: “over time, you will discover that loving yourself improves everything in your life — your relationships, your health and well-being, your ability to manifest your dreams, and your self-esteem. Loving and connecting with yourself is the key to being able to love and connect with others and create loving relationships. Loving yourself is what enables you to raise your frequency and co-create with spirit.
