Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in an interview with the lovely Debbie Laino, in which we focused on an ageless approach

One of the things I appreciate about Debbie is that she has a broad, balanced viewpoint, as she leads a tribe of women who are committed to living agelessly

Notice that I didn’t mention anti-aging, which is a phrase I find paradoxical.

Instead, I appreciate how Debbie embraces the process of aging and does it in a way that allows us to be free instead of being limited by default stereotypes. 1

For those of you who are interested in this living agelessly approach, here’s the link to the interview. And in the meantime, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Looking forward to seeing you when we dive deeper on this week’s #AliveWithFi 🙂

1 What’s more important to you – being fixated on anti-aging, or focusing on a balanced, healthy approach?

Rather than focusing on aging in a negative sense, Dr. Sarah Villafrano has an interesting approach “I choose to pursue and discuss healthy, beautiful aging” because “I have only this body, and have always cared for it with respect—we all owe ourselves that commitment.” After all, living agelessly is an optional mindset.
