This can be a biggie for many of us (mainly because so many are struggling with low energy) – and it’s this that’s prompted me to share my approach to experiencing life-long energy in multiple cities globally, and more recently online.

For too many years, I relied on numerous caffeinated drinks (mainly coffee), and paid the price with the post-high-crash.

Instead of a quick replacement fix, I decided it was time for life-long solutions. What I love the most these days, is the way I see many of my clients experiencing this for themselves too.

I’d like to share a story about a beautiful lady I’ve been working with for some years.  When I first met her, she was managing multiple health issues, and her fluctuating energy levels were a big struggle.

We started by introducing appropriate, targeted micronutrients1 into her daily routine to help her cells do their jobs optimally. We continued to adjust and tweak with these micronutrients, and also adjust the meals she needed, plus her exercise routine.

Today, she’s feeling more alive and energized, and her routine is simply part of her natural flow.  Plus, her she’s noticed her various health challenges are significantly reduced (including joint pains and poor digestion) and she’s even shared what she’s learned about cell- nourishing micronutrition with her daughter and grandchildren.

That’s the kind of quality of life I believe we each deserve; generationally.

Tune into this week’s #FiFridayLive when we’ll dig deeper into life-long energy.

And in the meantime, I’d love to hear about your journey so far.

1 “In Macro and Micro Nutrients: What They Are and Why We Need Them,” we get the important reminder that aging is a wear and tear on the body; both macro and micro nutrients play specific roles in minimizing damage and maintaining health.  Micronutrients in supplements are especially important because most of us get insufficient amounts in our diets.
