I’m so excited because it’s time for a Kate-progress-update.

‘Going from strength to strength’ is a good summary.

So what’s new? Quite a lot actually! Including having a routine follow up with her health specialist and learning she’s needing a lower dose of insulin and less often (which is a game-changer).

Notably, Kate’s no longer breathless going up and down hills. In the past when Kate walked up the hills near her home, she’d run out of breath and be forced to stop after half a hill; now she can walk up and down all THREE hills! And recently she walked for several hours along huge, undulating cliffs.

Basically – Kate’s getting her life back.

The other thing she’s noticing is the way her jeans are fitting better – it’s got to be good! I love the way Kate explains that she’s no more confident that she’s on track with her health, and turning things around – for the better.

This is what’s possible when we start to balance our body chemistry and we get some tailored, basic habits in place to align ourselves with the healthy lifestyle that fits each one of us. 1

Having had the privilege of working with literally thousands of clients since 1992, I’ve found that the changes we make are most effective when they fit our personal needs; rather than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.

Now, if you like the sound of that (or maybe you know someone with a specific health goal/challenge), whether that might be to increase their energy naturally, or have better sleep, digestion or hormonal balance, then please do share this blog with them.

You never know; it might be life-changing for them too. That possibility for ourselves and those we care about is actually what makes me bounce out of bed in the morning.

Newsflash! Tune in for this week’s #AliveWithFi – where I’ll share more Kate-updates.

In the meantime, keep sharing your sunshine ☺

1 We can create balance in our lives by first taking good care of ourselves.  That opens the door for real and meaningful change in our health and in our sense of fulfillment.  At first, “it may sound unbelievable, but it’s entirely possible. It’s about consciously designing the life that you want. Consider yourself the ultimate architect, designing the blueprint for your best life.”

Helping people find their true blueprint is what I love to do!
