Sometimes, it pays to be patient and accept the timing of an experience. However, that’s not the same as putting up with something because we think it’s just the way things are. 1

Maybe, just maybe, it’s time for a self-nudge to get on with next steps, whatever they might be

1 It can be easy to think that things can’t change because of obstacles we face “but it really isn’t the obstacle that is in our way. It’s our beliefs about the obstacle that can stop us in our tracks.”

I definitely find it valuable to periodically ask myself if there’s something that hasn’t been working out, that I can maybe look at differently.
