So, today’s question is: if you could create financial freedom, would you? 1

Studies have shown that 95% of the people in the world are struggling with money. And that leaves so many people feeling stressed, overworked, and undervalued.

I can relate because I used to be there. 

When I first started out, I trained and worked in law. 

Between the hours, commitments, and deadlines, it was incredibly stressful. How did I get out of this pickle? 

I found there were 3 things I needed to do – 

  1. Determine the side hustle that was right for me. Swapping hours for dollars doesn’t get us there on its own because there aren’t enough hours in the day/week. 
  2. Leverage my money to increase the pay back. Implement passive income. 
  3. Find myself a mentor. I looked for someone who’d already created what I wanted and was willing to talk to me about the steps they took to achieve it. 

So, your mission this week (should you choose to accept it!) is to find yourself a mentor. You might be surprised by how many people are willing to share their knowledge to help you along your own path.

1When we’re thinking about what it takes to change our financial health, it can be useful to think about what motivates us. Asking ourselves, “Where are you at, and where do you want to be in five, 10 or 15 years?” can help us clarify our desire.

A powerful next step is to find a mentor who can help us get on our path to create more of what we do want in our lives.
