Christine is a delightful friend and client, who already has a good deal of experience when it comes to health, as she’s both a licensed nurse and a qualified massage practitioner.

When we first met, she’d just turned 65 years young.  Whilst she’s been maintaining good health over the years, she was feeling at an impasse and that she needed to improve her resilience

She was absolutely ready to find appropriate guidance, especially as she’d recently experienced major life events including both retiring and also losing her son in a work accident.

She’d also contracted shingles, and she knew that meant she needed to stop and make some health evaluations.

She decided to consult me after attending one of my ‘Healthy Aging Naturally’ workshops. We reassessed her nutritionals and completed a Total Body Assessment of her health. This included considering her primary and secondary foods, as well as her exercise and stress management.

Given there are so many options, the key to our ideal health picture is finding the Healthy LifeStyle habits (including  Nutritionals’ protocol) that are the best fit for us.

This is exactly what Christine did, and I’m excited to see the changes that have already started happening for her.

In her own words “I’m on the road to Total Health again.”

At the end of the day, our ideal health picture is about figuring out what we’d like more of in our life and finding the best way to create it. 1

More energy? Better sleep? Increased focus?

It might even be being more productive with the time we do have or being present with our families and those we love.

Maybe it’s holiday time like it was for me.

Back in 2002, when I was running a traditional business, it was a real effort to get to the point when I could truly unwind for a holiday before I had to get back into the groove.

So, if there could be one thing that you’d change for you, what would it be

Message me if you’d like to explore this idea for you, and in the meantime, I look forward to seeing you on this week’s #AliveWithFi =)

1With all the options for healthy habits, it can be hard to know where to start. The bottom line is finding what works and fits best for you individually: “To create a daily self-care routine that works for you and your lifestyle, try experimenting with different things that light you up and make you happy.” When you find the right fit, that’s the path to your own life-long health. This is exactly what I’m passionate about helping people find.
