As you know – one area we focus on as we’re creating our own, unique Healthy LifeStyle Is the body beautiful. This comes in many forms.

The beautiful part we’ll address here is nutrition, as it’s one of the most effective ways to impact our beauty.

Ultimately we are what we eat, and, in fact, I prefer the phrase which Tony Robbins refers to, and which I believe is more accurate, ‘we are what we ate’.

It’s especially true when it comes to micronutrition; namely all the nutrients we need in small amounts that can make all the biggest difference when it comes to the optimal nutrition of our cells. These vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and enzymes (to name a few of them) are the ones that we need every day, and which sadly are now missing in most of our foods (as they’re rarely in the soil to begin with).

And I’m thrilled to bring this theory alive by sharing Kim’s story with you; Kim’s a lady I’ve been working with for about 18 months.

She’s had superb results, and I’m calling her experience a 3-month Game-Changer because really that’s around the time it took for her to notice significant results from taking the specific steps we went through, to look after her Healthy LifeStyle.  For Kim, the biggest changes she’s noticing are in her digestive health, her joints, and energy.

One thing she’s noticing is that her digestion is a lot happier in terms of day-today to functioning, and we can probably all relate to how good life is when our tummy’s working well!

Another welcome result for Kim is the way she’s noticing how well her joints are working, especially because she trains regularly and demands a lot of her body.

Lastly, and this is a biggie, she’s got more energy.

I think many of us appreciate it when we experience loads of energy, and this energy I’m talking about is when we feel it coming from the inside out.  Sometimes we might not even notice how much we’re ‘dragging’ until we experience the difference.

She’s made these changes consistently, and that’s the key to her consistent, ongoing, compounding results.  Plus, she said our conversational approach of having a discussion works better for her than just receiving ‘orders’.

And another thing she explains is that I ‘walk the talk’.

That’s what the body beautiful is all about – living well and truly feeling well from the inside-out.  It starts with our Healthy LifeStyle – a corner-stone of which is our micronutrition.
