This week’s ground-breaking newsflash – we’re not identical with our health-needs. 1

Interestingly, while we’re often encouraged to be our own unique selves in our life-expression, we aren’t always hearing the ‘bio-individual’ message that we have different health needs, based on our stage and ‘age’ in life.

One of the most effective ways I’ve personally found (as have many of my clients) to help me identify the most effective ways to optimize my health and meet my unique needs, has been by working with an experienced mentor/coach.

Recently I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lyndal.  We’ve known each other for many years, and recently started working together in January 2019 on her health goals.

Low energy, poor sleep, and back pain were some of the challenges she was experiencing that led her to work with me. We’ve been focusing on tailoring her Program (including considering her unique-needs with nutrition, exercise, Nutritionals) to her bio-individuality.

What she’s been finding since, is that the pain she was experiencing is considerably reduced, along with improved sleep-quality.

Plus, she’s also feeling more relaxed and focused and ultimately, empowered. She’s amped to be taking steps herself, and spotting progress, towards her own health goals.

Love your work Lyndal! Check out the details here

And on that note, if there was one thing that you could be doing to improve your health-picture right now, what might it be?

In the meantime, see you on this week’s #AliveWithFi when we dive deeper ?
