‘We decided to go ahead with the Pantry and Store Alignment sessions with Fi so that we could get clear, identify and most-importantly understand, the best healthy-foods options for us and our family. These include the most appropriate vegetables and fruits, dairy, poultry and meat products, sauces, oils, crackers, cereals, snacks, breads and drinks for our specific needs.
As well as covering the specific options for each of the food categories we’d identified as being the most important for us, we also learned about some basic rules of thumb based on our personal needs, like keeping the number of product-ingredients to a minimum. “I was really struggling with pain in my shoulder, arm and collar bone, having visited various practitioners, including physiotherapists, osteopaths, thai massage therapists and an ozone therapist over a period of 3 -4 months with limited relief. I felt my pain was originally from a strain in my upper back 12 months prior.

“I was having back discomfort and tension, which has gone from a level of 7/10 to now just 4/10. I had constant neck tension (it was at 9/10, and now generally only 5/10), plus a tight chest and mid back discomfort (which were at 9/10 – now just 5/10). “I’ve battled with eating disorders and yoyo dieting for at least 20 years. I’m aware that I’ve done significant damage to my body and health over the years and realised after chatting with Fi that I could actually look to repair this damage.

“Things are going well – my blood sugars are much lower and so the amount of insulin I need, including my night dose, have reduced.
