Does this sound a tad ‘yeah right?’

That’s as maybe, however – read on.

And check out Carol’s story. I’ve had the privilege of working with this delightful lady for quite a few months now.

When I met this delightful lady, although she’d been proactive with her health (including exercising, taking supplements here and there, and practicing self-awareness), she still felt there were gaps in both her approach and results. So, she decided it was her time to finally address the bigger picture for her.

She recently shared with me a summary of some of her results so far – and she’d love for you to hear them too. She’s an extraordinary lady and is eager for others to potentially benefit, too.

Starting with her LifeStyle Alignment Assessment, we slowly made step-by-step adjustments at her chosen pace. I see significant results for the long term with those clients who opt for the small tweaks that are doable for them and fit their lifestyles, rather than launching into the latest ‘bestseller’ fad, boots-and-all. 1

These manageable changes have reaped significant results for Carol, including being able to sleep through the night, reduced anxiety levels and increased energy, reduced bags under her eyes, clearer skin, AND here’s the kicker – she’s getting more of a sense that she’s in control and is clearer about her path. As she says, she’s getting her health and vitality back.

So, maybe there’s someone you know who would love to benefit from more energy, better sleep and a greater sense of wellbeing.

Or maybe that person is you.

We’ll explore this more on this week’s #AliveWithFi

1 Often, “when we’re ready for a change in our lives — lose some weight, get in shape, organize the family garage — we want it to happen fast.” Yet, that’s not always realistic, which is the reason Carol and I established mangeable changes that built up to her creating significant results.  Because the effective way to “make a change stick” is to “take baby steps toward your goal.” “Make Big Changes with Small Steps” WebMD.
