    To help us both clarify which health goals or concerns you’re ready to address during your Alignment Program, please invest a few minutes to fill in the following and submit 24hrs before your first session.

    Please write your three top goals for each time period, and for each one, please be as specific as possible; including the a measureable way to track whether you’ve reached your target for that time period (eg if you have a level of energy you chose to experience; please specify the level you’re beginning at (/10) and the specific /10 that’s your goal for that time period)
