Believe it or not, you may well be missing out on increased intellectual performance by up to 42%, possibly more―if you’re not taking this simple, straightforward step. 1

What do you reckon it is?

Actually, it’s so simple that it doesn’t need massive skill, and you don’t need lots of experience.  It’s easy to do, it just takes building a new habit.

Ok, seeing as it’s you…

It’s simply to do some basic stretches every half hour. 2

If you’re wondering what I mean by basic stretches, pop me an email, and I’ll share fall-off-a-log ones that you can start today.

The bottom line is that frequent, simple stretches can increase our performance, concentration, and engagement. 3

What do we have to lose?

And whilst we’re talking about better results, if you’re up for things like having more energy, feeling more focused in your day, better sleep, or reaching your ideal body shape, then stay tuned—because I have an upcoming program with your name on it!

In the meantime, I always love seeing you on #AliveWithFi

Ciao for now ?

1-3 It might sound simple, yet “interspersing short movements and exercises throughout the workday can boost our energy, engagement and efficiency.” Here’s a straight forward example – simply stretch at your desk or ‘’walk to a coworker’s desk rather than sending that intra-office email.” For examples of doable ones that take less than 3mins, message me and they’re yours. “To Work Better, Just Get Up from Your Desk” A.
