That’s exactly what a beautiful lady Debbie Laylock has found since July 2019 when we began working together.

Theory is great although what happens when the chips are down, we’ve tried many things and we’re more-than-ready for positive change?

Let’s find out Deb’s experience in her own words –

“ I’ve noticed multiple positive changes, including the following – I am more confident and forward-looking, able to plan and take conscious forward steps, experiencing better sleep management, able to cope better with numerous differing demands, enjoying exercise more plus weight reduction, engaging more socially, taking space for my own interests, committing to testing-type projects, balancing work and leisure more successfully, setting goals and assessing progress, delegating, feeling much less anxious, and am more trusting that I can achieve my aims, experiencing a tidy attractive office and claiming my personal power”¹

What’s interesting to me (and encouraging!) is the way that Deb’s wins span across multiple different areas, from improved self-confidence to weight loss and sleep.

Check out her story here and if you know of someone you care about who’s ready for positive, life-lasting change – please do share this blog with them because who knows? It could be a game changer for them – when they need it most.

Until I see you on this week’s #ALivewithFi have a fabulous week! Ciao 🙂

¹ It has been a very helpful and instructive period over the last couple of years of working with Fi, especially over the very Covid-difficult year.
