As usual, Financial Health Coach Chris Folland has a handy insight into this week’s topic.

Over to Chris…

Whilst I’m writing this, it’s a pretty relevant question, given so much of the world has been locked down during the pandemic, for considerable lengths of time in some cases.

The answer really becomes yes – if you want it.

And yes – if you can afford to.

Of course, if you can afford to and prefer not to go, that’s totally fine – although perhaps the most relevant part here is whether it can fit into the financial budget.  Inflation is going up, the cost of living is going up, gas is going up…in fact what isn’t and hasn’t been impacted? 1

This is especially impacting those who are living on a fixed income. The key is to make sure that we’re not relying solely on that fixed income.

One way to navigate this scenario is to look for a way to add some supplemental income to what we’re currently doing. It doesn’t have to be huge, it can be a modest income that can make the biggest difference – including with possibilities for travel.

As you most likely already know, the best way to figure stuff out that we don’t know is to seek out somebody who’s already doing it.

Ideally that person remembers what they did, they have a proven track record and even better! they’re happy to show you what to do. Arguably most importantly – they’re very good at helping others understand in a way that’s relevant to them and their lifestyles.

If you have any questions on this do reach out, because there are important success steps including being able to tap into a straightforward system. If this sounds interesting, please do reach out and say hi, it’ll be great to hear from you 🙂

Until I see you on this week’s #AlivewithFi, have a fantastic week ahead – Ciao!
