When it comes to our health, we all want to feel good, have energy, stay well and not get sick. Yet too often, we make excuses for not doing those things we know we need to, and feel disappointed with the results. 1

However, I see my clients have the energy to burn, notice less stress, better digestion, and sleep quality, and experience a sense of balance in their lives.

In fact, I’d like to tell you about a friend, colleague, and mentor who I’ve been working with for a few months now. Kyron Gosse is a person who’s living life fully and on purpose.  As an investor, entrepreneur, educator, author and now an ultradistance runner, he values his health.  And what he’s noticed since we’ve been working together is that he actually hasn’t been sick, which he’s jazzed about.

And that’s no mean feat given what he’s been up to and how his body would have usually responded in the past. Within just a few days of us working together, he ran 84k for a charity event in Bali.  On top of the duration, the extreme race conditions demanded that he ran through the cooler night as well as through the high temperatures of the following day.  Plus, it was his first ultradistance run, and he went for it without much prep. Completing this significant challenge followed by his transition from the tropics of Bali to New Zealand’s winter, and not getting sick was a big win for Kyron.

And what he’s also loving is that he’s been able to keep his mind more on track while he works hard, plays hard, and pushes his body to his physical limits; all whilst working on new projects and training for his next ultradistance runs.

He’s a REAL LIFE SUPER HERO!

And what he values so highly about our work together is that he still has a life rather than feeling as though his Healthy LifeStyle is taking over his life.

Instead, he gets more life.

All because he’s willing to make a few consistent changes.

So, the question is, what about you? Could you, or someone you know, do with more energy, focus, and productivity in your life?

If you’re curious about these results or how an integrated Alignment approach can work for you… one that’s designed for lifelong results in a way that fits into your lifestyle, then just PM me.

And of course, I always love seeing you on #AliveWithFi

1When we think about it, the “conventional way of treating [chronic] diseases is based on suppressing symptoms with drugs and managing the disease after it has already occurred rather than preventing and reversing disease by addressing its underlying causes. To use an analogy, imagine you get a rock stuck in your shoe, and it makes your foot hurt. If you look for help in the current medical system, you may get a description of foot pain along with directions to the nearest drugstore for some extra-strength ibuprofen. Sure, ibuprofen would help to reduce the pain. But wouldn’t it be better just to take off your shoe and dump out the rock?” Conversations are needed about how we can live so we can enjoy the results of dumping out the rock. C.
