We all have those times.

You know the ones – when we need to be ‘on it’ with our game, and for whatever the reason, the focus we need may not be there when we need it.

Having been there many times myself – the most powerful way to get myself back on track is to run through a quick checklist.

See how it works for you.

Fi’s Productivity Checklist

  1. Daily personal development – what am I currently reading/listening to as part of my plan?

If you’d like a list of my current PD favouritesemail me with ‘PD favs’ in the subject line, and it’s yours!

  1. Who am I connecting with; the people I surround myself with will have an impact on the way I think and feel.

Interestingly – studies show that we become uncannily influenced by the 5 people we spend most of our time with…

…to such an extent, that we become the average value of each area of their lives – including (and not limited to) their –

Net incomes,

Amount they exercise,

What they eat

Relationships with family and significant others, and

General quality of life.

It’s not about ditching our mates – more perhaps about being aware of who we’re spending most of our time with, and being deliberate about this – rather than selection by default.

  1. How much clean, filtered water am I drinking? This can be one of the factors having the biggest impact on the way we can concentrate.

Am I getting my 1.5litres a day? (8 large glasses) – and more if I’m in aircon, it’s a dry environment/windy, my food is salty/sweet or lacking in natural moisture content, I’m tired or I’ve been exercising.

Take away – If you’re ready to take the next step with your productivity and focus – then this vlog is for you.
